The simulations can be obtained
at
this download page.
The power spectrum in dimensionless units containing, in this
order, l, C_l^TT, C_l^EE, and C_l^TE can be
found here.
If appropriate, multiply by l*(l+1)*T_CMB^2/2pi.
Publication:
The accompanying publication Elsner and Wandelt (2009), ApJS 184 264-270, can be obtained from the arXiv preprint server, or the ApJS web interface.
Simulation parameters:
Omega_L | 0.721 |
Omega_C h^2 | 0.1143 |
Omega_B h^2 | 0.02265 |
h | 0.701 |
n_s | 0.96 |
tau | 0.084 |
scalar amplitude | 2.457E-9 |
File format:
Files are stored in FITS format. Each simulation consists of two
files with a size of 2 x 31 MByte. The spherical harmonic
coefficients are provided in dimensionless units, i. e.
dT/T.
You may want to use the FITS2ALMS
routine of the HEALPix software package to load the
Gaussian (alm_l_XXXX.fits
) and the associated
non-Gaussian (alm_nl_XXXX.fits
) part of the
simulations. Please see the HEALPix documentation for further
information.
To generate a non-Gaussian CMB map, compute alm = alm_l +
f_NL * alm_nl
, where f_NL
can be any
desired level of non-Gaussianity.
